Average Session Duration

The click through rate is the percentage of people who clicked on your advertisement after seeing it.

Conversion

Conversion is when a user or visitor performs an intended action such as filling out a Request for Information form or booking a consultation.

Conversion rate is the percentage of visitors who perform a desired action such as filling out a Request for Information form or booking a consultation.

Cost Per Click (CPC)

Cost per click is the amount of money paid to a publisher (Google, Facebook, etc.) for each click of your company’s advertisement.

Direction Requests

Direction requests are users searching for physical directions to your place of business.

Direct Searches

Direct searches indicate when a user finds your local listing by searching for your business name or address.

Discovery Searches

Discovery searches happen when a user searches for a specific topic, category or service resulting in a click on your listing.

Impressions

Impressions are the number of times a post or advertisement showed up on a user or visitor’s screen. Impression numbers are not determined by user actions such as clicking or interacting with the content.

New vs Returning Visitor

New visitors are just that and returning visitors have come back to your website at least one more time after their first session.

Page Engagement Rate

The engagement rate is the number of interactions on a page divided by the total number of viewers, users, or followers.

Pages Per Session

The pages per session reflects how many pages on average your users are viewing when they visit your website.

Prospects

A prospect is a person who shows interest in your product or service through calls to action such as a Request for Information form or calling to schedule an appointment.

Search Impression Share

This is the number of impressions you’ve received on Google, divided by the estimated number of impressions you were eligible to receive.

Total Sessions

A session is a sequence of actions by a single user during a platform visit (website, landing page, etc.)
